The thing is that the rust on the thread demands more power to remove the bolt in the first place. In order to remove the bolt without much effort, I need the rust to be taken of the thread first.

I need to do some diy on my car and the threads of the bolt are rusted. I can use penetrating oils to soften the rust, but that will not actually remove the rust from the thread. can anyone offer advice on how to remove the rust from the threads please?

Hi, the flooring does not have underfloor heating. Im the Landlord There will be grout lines. However, I think I will start with NEW plywood.

That I do not know. Im sure they where laid on plywood. However what should I now do? Is lino a good choice? Bear in mind the flat is a rented property.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes the wall has already been tiled. I'm basically looking to just put something on top of the tiles really. That mira flight panel does look really good.

Please recommend a solution for making a shower wall waterproof? I would favour an option which will reduce cleaning and keep that 'new look'. I have heard of a mira flight panel, which might do the trick, but know very little of it.

good point. was thinking of buying a tool to find electrical wires. Can advise on wall plugs and how to match drill bit size to screw?
