hi i need a few new units i rang a local installer and they told me that the thickness of my units cannot be right at 10mm . I know the windows were put in a long time ago but there is nothing at all wrong with them. Can anyone enlighten me if this thickness is still used regards

the two sheets of ply would be over existing floor boards that are in sound condition, so would that still apply 14mm single sheet over floorboards
