removing dried tile adhesive

i have some dried wall tile adhesive (granfix) stuck to my bath it has been left a week unnoticed well it is now . i wondered if there was a way to shift it without damaging my plassy bath

If its not water resistant, you can get it off making it wet, else you will have to pick it off.

Knock/Rub it off with a piece of wood.
