Which adhesive for porcelain tiles on bath surround

I have some 30 x 60 porcelain tiles to lay for a bath surround. I’ve fixed a solid ply fronted frame around the bath but I’m unsure which adhesive to use.

Should I use the same flexible dry mix that I used on the floor?

Also, the tiles are a mat finnish and I'd like to put a finnished edge on some of them. I've done 2 tiles using a a chisel sharpening block, water and LOTS of elbow grease. Is there an easier way? Wet and dry maybe?
