    Double switched fused connection switch

Will do that. Thanks. It seems that all fused switch (is this FCU?) are 13A. Can I just change the fuse to 3A in it?

The fuse inside the plug are actually 13A for both heater and light.

    Double switched fused connection switch

The thin cable is 2x0.5 mm2. Are you saying that because they are both 13A, we can put them on the same fused switched? Will that create any complications. As I said, there is a switch on the appliance for both light and fire.

    Double switched fused connection switch

The plugs are both 13A. But the cable for the fire is thick and good quality. The cable for the light is fairly thin.

    Double switched fused connection switch

Thanks for your replies guys. The light comes with the surround and that's whey there are 2 separate plugs. There are actually separate switches for them, so I can connect to one fused switch if I want. I guess to be safe I will have 2 separate fused switch.

    Double switched fused connection switch

Hence it does not matter if they are a bit short. The plastic support dis 10 cm and will more than cover the gaps. Good idea Norton, I'll get some...

    Bath legs short

The plastic ends are about 10cm long and will cover the gaps which are 2-4cm long. But then the legs will not go all the way in the plastic end and will not provide support. This is what I'm worried about. Is this usual?

    Bath legs short

Hello Chaps I'm a DIYer and currently installing an Ideal Standard bath, and I'm worried that I got the wrong legs with the bath. The legs are not enough to reach the timber support under the bath even with the black plastic insert. Please see picture circled red. The gap is about 2 cm. Is it...
