    Building Fence Panels in Situ

Thanks for replies , folks . It's given me a few ideas . One option I'm thinking of is that because it doesn't matter what the panels look like from the back , I could shorten the width to get them between the posts and then add extra supports on the back , once in place. Any thoughts?

    Plastering Around Window Installation

I think you're probably right. I should have called them back but tried to fix it to move the job on ! To be fair , I've used them a few times and their aftercare is usually good . I've asked for a discount , so we'll see what happens. I just have the feeling that the project manager is trying...

    Emulsion Recomendations For Refurb

Thanks for the advice , guys . I went with the Leyland Trade in the end . White on the ceiling and magnolia on the walls . One coat was pretty good , but I gave the walls a 2nd coat as could see a few areas where the previous colour was showing through . Only £32 for 10L at B+Q , so worth...

Much appreciated . I feel for you . That`s a huge commitment . We looked after my Dad for 10 years and only now starting to realise the enormity of the task ! I will take some comfort in getting his house back to something like the condition he would have had it in , before his illness ...

    Emulsion Recomendations For Refurb

Cheers Freddie . Looks good value ! Is it the Trade or the Trade Contract ? (The Trade is 2x the price ) I`ll have a think about the colour , but TBH anything will be an improvement on the "Turquoise Grime" we currently have !! Just thought the magnolia would have a better chance of hiding it !

    Upgrading Garage Electrics

There is a fused switch attached for the light , but there are no other fuses on the cable . I just had a look at the dryer label and it uses 2200w . Yes , I could make sure they`re not run together , but might be better if I can route the heater to another socket , perhaps ?
