    Dodgy bearing ? . Maybe you over tightened it when you installed it and it's vibrating

    That looks ok as it's not touching the micro switch . It will probably drop further when the system is cold

    Don't forget silicon grease on the pump rubber washer and take the screw out of the automatic air vent

    The return valve filter is on the right hand side pipe with a blanking nut on it . There's a video on YouTube telling you how to remove it . Considering you'll need to drain the boiler down to clean the filter might be worth looking at the pump

    Just change the thermistor it costs £3 delivered from eBay. If I can remember right it's just a 13mm spanner to screw it off and replace it . If that doesn't work phone your gasman

    Thanks everyone for your help it worked (so far anyway) . I think it was leaking from both ends the Bush nut looks like it's been leaking and the tiny o-ring on the other part disintegrated when I pulled it out . Thanks again

    Hi sorry to be a pain but I've just received another bush nut from ebay and its the same as the original part that was missing the white plastic insides!. Could I be missing something

    does this bush nut look incomplete? Shouldn't it have a white plastic bit in the middle and not just a hole?

    Just a quick update. When I got up this morning there was a drip of water on the valve . I had a sniff and it smells chemically, it's certainly not fresh water . I might just change both ends to be sure . Thanks again everyone

    No I haven't topped it up at all . It was serviced in April, the engineer could of topped it up

    Good evening. My elderly baxi 105e drips from between the pressure differential valve and the Bush nut that connects it to the rest of the diverter valve. I think it only happens when I'm using hot water. Any ideas what to replace?

    Forcing wax oil into the drain hole from the sills ? Will that not lock any moisture inside? Or will it drive it out ? .
