    Wainscotting panneling advice

Thanks got you! So the 2nd option of dividing them up over the entire wall of hall, stairs, landing, and having sections that change in direction, like below, is that an incorrect way to do this? I’ve also seen it like this? Sorry for all the questions. Just want to get it correct.

Thanks, so even though I have 100mm spacing everywhere else, and between the panels going up the stairs, when it gets to the landing I should double it to 200mm?

    Sandstone copping stones cleaning

I’ve previously jet washed the coping stones (sandstone?) at the front of my house. Unfortunately they haven’t really cleaned as well as I’d of hoped. I used household bleach, scrubbed them and then jet washed them. The black marks just won’t budge. Any tips of anything else I could use / try?

Kitchen sink move, door in the way of waste

I have moved my kitchen sink from the other side of my back door. My sink previously drained to a soil stack directly on the outside of the wall. Now I've moved it, there is noway to run a waste pipe without passing the door. Would I be ok to bury a 40mm waste pipe for 3m? Or do I have to...

3 switches for 1 light issue

I’ve recently moved in my house and changed 3 switches. They all control the same landing light, 2 switches on the landing and 1 in the hall. Since installing the new switches, I have to turn them on by the switch in the hall, and then I can turn the light on and off from the 2 landing...

    1150mm x 2600mm - Too small for french doors?

Thanks, both look good to me. Does anyone know is it possible to have both handles function and not have to use a dead bolt on one of them? Just as it will be the main entry I use to my house.

    1150mm x 2600mm - Too small for french doors?

He said he can but wouldn’t recommend them that narrow, as it will be a lot of frame and means both will need to be open to get in and out?

    1150mm x 2600mm - Too small for french doors?

I have a typical Victorian terrace, lay out as below - I'm hoping to remove my kitchen door and brick it up, to gain space back in my kitchen for units. The problem I have is my car parking is at the rear and I access the house this way 90% of the time. I was hoping to fit french doors in the...
