    Ventilation requirements for two dfe fires in one room

    Does any one know the required position on vents if a room has two dfe fires in it. I know the kilowatt rating is needed for the size of the vents its just the position I could do to know. Is for my NVQ level 3. Or if someone could point me in the direction of were I could find this information...

    Thanks, is it usual to just undo the flexi connector and re-attach when fitting the toilet. Some people say to re-pipe in copper or change flexi.

    Thanks, sorry last question. If it is a 2inch flush valve in and I replace with the fluidmaster one that is 1.5 inch but with the bigger washer. Will the 1.5 inch donut seal correctly on the toilet pan? I am guessing so or it would be pointless selling a flush valve that will fit 2 and 1.5 inch...

    Thanks can I just ask are the flexi connecter that connect the toilet cold feed to the cistern. Are the rubbers in them usually ok to re-seal once re connecting?

    Thanks Yes I have got one like the one linked that has a 1 1/2 inch outlet that has an extra part to the sealing washer that can fit 2 inch. I have also got a 1 1/2 inch donut. And bolts. This all sound right?

    Think the fluidmaster one I have linked will fit 2inch and 1.5 inch via supplying 2 different sealing washers. That sound right?

    That the toilet cistern isn't the type that has a close coupled cistern kit. It has two bolts that go though the cistern to a back nut then through the pan to the wing nuts. If you know what I mean?

    Thanks, its not the plate type its got separate bolts that go through the cistern and toilet pan.

    Hey if changing a toilet syphon, one of the universal ones with the cord that goes to the push button. Its faulty and one of the toilet wing nuts is leaking. Does the toilet syphon come supplied with a donut washer?

    if using a number 3 is it best having the end that connects to the copper in compression or solder? Guess doesn't matter. Just want as less fittings behind the pedestal.
