Hi all, I'm having a new kitchen extension built and (4.2m x 3.4m) and have worked out I need a 7000 btu rad.(1200mmx600mm). Would I run 15mm pipe to the new rad from my house or 22mm pipe to the radiator and then 15mm to the radiator ends?

When I set my controls for heating only this works, when I set my controls for hotwater only this works, when I set my controls for central heating and hotwater only the heating works. Does this sound like a fauly three port valve?
