Securespark thanks for the reply. From memory I would say the wiring is only about 1.0mm 1.5mm and doesn't have an earth with them. When you say radial do you mean it could been on with something else? The switch is nowhere near the place I want to go through the wall for the utility switches...

Where would I take the bonding earth feed from the light or shower? And would that be it no earthing from the mains required?

The shower is 8.5kw feed by a 6 mm cable and i would say a 4mm earth
