Hi, I am having intergas boiler fitted to a sealed system. It says I need to have an auto bypass valve fitted. My current boiler has it builtin. Do i need to still have an auto bypass valve fitted if I have 3 radiators without trvs?

I was thinking maybe it was the pump getting tired from pumping the water through the y filter and when i turn on the tap it lets pump cool down so the noise goes away. Is there way to check if the pump is receiving less water in the central heating system? I mean from the LCD display.

Thats what i thought it was at first, but once you turned on the hot water tap and it goes back to the central heating system it doesn't make the noise for another 3-4 hours. If the filter was blocked shouldn't it make the noise constantly once it is blocked and be unaffected by the hot...

Hi, I recently had a y filter installed on the central heating system (on sealed system). But now after 3-4 hours of the central heating system being on a droning noise starts to come from the boiler as if the pump is struggling. But when I turn on the hot water tap the noise goes away...

Haven't got a pic at the moment. The flexible hosing is metal braided. Basically there are two pipes one is flow and return. On the return pipe looks like someone has put a flexible hose (looks like diy job). I was thinking does it effect the flow rate to the boiler as the pipe is 13mm bore or...

It is not a filling loop (as i can see that on the boiler). It is not connected to any water supply. Just connecting the two 22mm copper pipes together.

Hi, I recently moved my kitchen cabinet to replace it and found that there was a 1.5m flexible hose connected between the copper pipes. It is about 1 meter away from the boiler. I looked on the net and found that they have 13mm bore holes. Should I replace these pipes with 22mm copper pipes...

this intergas sounds good to me. And it looks only slightly more expensive than the vaillant. How is their customer service if something goes wrong? Also how much are the spare parts compared to vaillant? Another question , has any one fitted a water filter on the central heating system?
