Yes there is a round disc next to the lever. It is not hydrostatic drive

Got the back off, found where the lever is on the back axle, it certainly moves when I engage the brake, but I can't see what it is doing - I can only assume all the action is going on inside the back axle. So, a bit stumped really.

I would like to drive my horsebox (7.5 ton lorry) over my lawn across a grassy field so I can park it out of the way. I have considered building a track, but as part of it would be outside my garden and onto a field (which I own), the thought of getting planning permission is putting me off...

The brakes on my Mountfield 1430 ride-on mower are supposed to operate when you depress the clutch pedal all the way down, but have stopped stopping me recently. Any clues as to where the brake adjustment is on this model ( or similar ) would be helpful. TIA John
