I would like to drive my horsebox (7.5 ton lorry) over my lawn across a grassy field so I can park it out of the way.
I have considered building a track, but as part of it would be outside my garden and onto a field (which I own), the thought of getting planning permission is putting me off, plus, I am not sure I will like how it will look.
I have been considering plastic grass protection mesh (e.g. http://www.boddingtons-ltd.com/prod...tecta-grass-reinforcement-protection-mesh.php, although there are cheaper versions which look a bit less sturdy )
Anyone have experience of this stuff ? Does it stand up to usage and not look horrible after a few years?
