Its a pretty standard shower head 10cm diameter As for usage the pump powers hot water to the kitchen, bathroom sink and shower / bath on mixer tap and cold to shower / bath and bathroom sink - woudlnt say are heavy users.

Just measured the cylinder, a tape measure all the way round it is 160cm and its about 80cm high - foam is about 3cm thick.. id love to work it out but will fail! Hopefully both tanks are big enough for this pump though? Thanks for all the help!

Good point should of thought of that! The tank is roughly 58cm width X 64 depth and 81cm high Sorry not sure how else to work that out!
