Yep, I've got these and they are a PITA to grout. I used 1mm spacers on them and used my finger to grout in the end. Needed a new finger by the time I was done though! Get a few pairs of cheap rubber gloves :) (But they do look the buts once they're done!)

Sorry, yes. The frame is primarily for the bath but also to enable the actual fitting of the bath panel - it's not for tiling. If I create the frame now before the flooring, I will obviously recess the frame by the width of the panel (20mm). Is that enough for the vinyl fitter to play with...
