    Er, where do you start. The pumps fitted the wrong side of the feed an expansion so dragging air in, The feed and expansion are too close together, You've got mirco leaks on the system, (air gets in, water don't get out) Could be alsorts, best bet. Get a professional in :)

Bin on there installer training course. it dont shw nowt about wiring an unvented up to a s-plan and it shows as wiring the system up with pump over run the boiler is a system boiler with this built in. and the boiler manufactors diagram don't allow...

    By free standing plastic bath, do you mean it is suppled with an plastic shroud that hides all connections? how are you going to make the connections once the bath is in situ if this the case? or is it a slipper type bath where you can see all lion type feet etc?

    have you checked the charge pressure on the expansion vessel? Should be set at around one bar? a handy type pressure gauge should come in handy, if it;s below try pumping it up and see wot happens
