yes, I rang miele today and its £62 for the part. however I am more inclined in replacing taking into consideration the efficiency and drum size, I think I will be replacing

Thank you! I understand but getting to the leak is an issue. I have tried but I can’t seem to get the back panel off or the side to access the leak :(

Morning all, hope you are well. I have a problem with my Miele washing machine and figured the leak is coming from the plastic drain outlet on the left side of the picture. i have tried getting to it but it seems like a big job. is it worth replacing or Worth repairing? the washing machine...

Hi all, following my last post the freezer is still unstable.. I rang Miele today who quoted £260 for a one off repair including parts and a 12 months guarantee... or £160 but only labour and no parts. Given that the freezer is very old is it worth the repair or shall I just buy a new fridge...

hm its been working good for ages, and if i remember correctly the fan in the freezer was replaced 8 years ago

nope, I dont think it has ever been defrosted

Hi All, Hope you are well!! I have a Miele KF7542SN, while the fridge works fine the freezer has its moments. while it maintains -18 the temp drops and then raises again. I have noticed the fan sometimes doesn't kick in and sometimes it does, I have checked the gasket to the freezer door and...
