Miele Fridge/Freezer - Freezer temp

Hi All,

Hope you are well!! I have a Miele KF7542SN, while the fridge works fine the freezer has its moments.

while it maintains -18 the temp drops and then raises again. I have noticed the fan sometimes doesn't kick in and sometimes it does, I have checked the gasket to the freezer door and it seems fine and it has some pull when I try and open the freezer door.

Anyone have any advice on what to do please? Thanks

nope, I dont think it has ever been defrosted

Some blow cold air from the freezer to keep the fridge cool although you can buy twin cooling fridge freezers now. You may only have one cooling pump that's not working correctly or thermostat fault

hm its been working good for ages, and if i remember correctly the fan in the freezer was replaced 8 years ago

Hi all, sorry but any other advice? I really dont want to get rid of it
