hi, our fireplace is drafty, its an open fireplace with a gas real flame fire, when we look in and up the fireplace up towards the chimney we can see straight into the flu' (is that how u call it?) when its windy u can hear the wind whistling around the top of the chimney and sometimes walking...

just tried this and both the light and fan came on and went off together. so same result! anything else?

hi thanks again for replying... we cant get to the fan at all front/side or back so if assuming they have been swapped, what can we swop over at the pull cord switch. Ps... running out of light rapidly...!!!

the pull cord switch works (turning on lights & fan) , but the fan isn't staying on after the we pull the cord to turn the lights out, before the fan used to still be on for a few mins... any ideas?
