    Plaster coming away from wall, what should i do?

    Scrape the lot off and dry line using dot & dab will leave you with a nice surface to tile to....if you replaster you will have to wait 3-4 weeks to dry out before putting on tiles...use moisture resistant plasterboard.

    the pipe goes around and under units in the bathroom, it is a wooden floor, can a trap be put 'inline' away from the shower, the waste is only for the shower.

    Have just ripped my bath out to fit a shower cubicle, i would like to connect up to the existing waste which is 1" 1/4" (one and a quarter inch) Bartol, will this be sufficient to drain the tray?? ...to size up to 40mm is difficult because the pipes run to an internal stack... but if needs...

    House water pressure drop after 4 years

    phone your water board and ask if there is water mains work going on around your area, also they may have fitted a pressure control valve into the area main, they did this to me a couple of years ago i got nowhere complaining and had to replace my instantaneous shower as not enough pressure...
