    Error table quote says go to section E, which says its a temperature sensor fault. What I cant understand is why cant I clear the error code when using the 'reset' control knob to see if the boiler goes to the same fault; it just stays on the same fault code constant?

    That could be a good answer regarding the gauge being faulty. The differential pressure between the primary flow and return should be within 0.5 bar, the primary flow being the higher of the 2. Will swop the heat exchanger and see if that helps.
