I am still hoping for a helpful response to my posting. However, the fact that we continue to have a fully functioning hw &ch system, does that mean that hearing the constant dripping and sometimes running water sound only whilst the system is on is normal?

The LED strip is for outdoor use and is waterproof. The proposed transformer is IP67 rated. It is a relatively modern property but the existing lighting circuit in the bathroom and the shaver unit on the lighting circuit is not part of the RCD.

The strip can be powered by a transformer of choice. I propose an IP67 waterproof transformer.
