Its a wooden floor and the damp proboly goes up 2ft from floor then dry.

Yes got a survey but it was the home survey pack thingy which picks up nothing absolutly crap. So im now in a right mess.

Whats the best extractor fans to buy for kitchen and bathroom also maybe lounge? Got damp walls and lounge has wet mark going down side of the underlay all the way down. Thanks :)

Just bought a 3 story house and it has abit of damp. The front of house first and second floor have got crumbling plaster on the wall other side of the wall externally there is alot of pointing that needs doing. The guttering was leaking very bad .I fixed this had it renewed a couple days...
