Have you opend the kitchen rad valves and tested there for pressure,make sure you open them and let them go into a bowl,so you will know if the right hand valve has pressure but the l/hand hasnt then its from the boiler to there,close all the other valves,so it cant be flowing back ,

I would go to the nearest rad to the boiler.Turn both valves off,undo at rad tail,then get a bowl and open valve up and see if it comes through,and do the other side ,it must be something before the first rad as even if the pipe was blocked after the first tee's for the rad it would circulate...

Is there no trv's.If not then a roomstat is cheap and if you know how easy to fit.It is basically a switch,that knocks off when hot enough.your boiler has a link in on were roomstat live and switch live will go,it is easy enough just make sure you know it s correct when wiring up

If theres water out the hot taps,then its not airlocked there is it,obviousley the circs,why not see if any vents on them by the cylinder,if not pull the stat on the boiler until you can hear it banging and turn the boiler off,put stat back in
