Thanks for the replys did the checks on the glow plugs, put new ones in and a new battery, no joy. Had a mechanic look for me and the fault was one of the main fuses had blown replaced that and hey presto Rob is a happy bunny again. Not having a great deal of luck with my vans at the moment but...

Think I left it too late, the turbo has blown and loads of white smoke out of the exhaust and wouldnt switch off even with key out of ignition and battery disconected. Thanks for the advice but have accepted that my astra is dead RIP.

Hi I had a boiler fitted recently and the hot water is now not working. The boiler fires up for the central heating and is really hot, however when you put on the hot tap the boiler fails to ignite and doesnt supply any hot water. Any suggestions please please help.
