thanks for prompt reply could it be still be a combustion issue if it only happens when turning off hot water and the burners are turning off ? Turning on hot water and hearing burners fire up is no problem ...just hear a click no vibration and get hot water thanks again for any assistance

Just so I understand and don’t mess anything up The boiler is downstairs in kitchen So when you say drain the boiler , without isolating as you have advised , I will actually be draining the boiler and the upstairs radiators ? So not to worry if seems to take sometime to drain ?

sadly a lot of the hot tub suppliers are simply sales people and just suggest using their glue and patch products or better still advise of a replacement inflatable hot tub they have on offer... they are not specialists in repairing hot tubs ... also a lot of the product's on sale are made...
