Any one had this problem
Monaco Hot Tub seal/seam coming undone all the way round internal base of hot tub.
Was kept in garage during winter not near any frost.. no tears or usual pin holes that are easy to seal with a patch..... just having trouble finding a a good air/water sealant glue...
just dealing with a house about 50 years old the cooker gas point is about 10 inches off the floor
..
is this acceptable nowadays ..
or should it be moved to some new British standard height
or as it is existing it can remain. ( as its not a new build house )..

Have a HKC alarm at house recently purchased.. have worked in telecoms for over 40years , have a degree in telecoms , electrical and electronic engineering so very confident how to to deal with system.. however cannot get simple parts .. eg.. wireless door contact.

thanks for clarification on zones ,, appreciated ...... thats why i advised basin/cabinet about 1 meter away from bath/shower the cabinet is going above the basin... the toilet/pan is between the bath/shower and the basin
what are the general guidelines for indicating a house needs a re-wire
will be using for a buy to let has older black red colour coding but is in excellent conditioin even feeding a shower...also has a mains box with rcd/trip fuses
Can i run spurs off cooker socket feeding an electric cooker which also has a plug socket on it as per norm
eg.. run boiler control and cooker hood which are very near by ??
bought a property where the boiler supply is already off a junction off the cooker socket which has the combo plug...

Rather than having it buried in the wall in the pattress making further work could I use a standard high rated electric connrction box , surface mounted on the wall accessible through an opening in the back of the new wall unit
How would the joint be made so to be maintenance free ?? Soldered ??
could I use a surface mounted joint/ connection accessible for maintenance purposes and have it accessible in the new wall unit which will be covering the cooker switches existing position
