    Concrete floor bulges too high...

    I have just removed the hideously uneven tiles from our kitchen floor to reveal... a hideously uneven concrete floor. The main problem is that there is a 'bulge' towards one end, and this bulge is too high - perhaps an inch - for the rest of the floor. How can I get this down to level...
