The downpipe in the pic actually runs inside the utility room, which had been damp due to two leaks. Yesterday it was painted with moisture resistant bathroom paint, and today these brown spores have appeared. They don't wipe off. Any ideas?

I've checked with the electrician who's coming in to do the new board and connect it up.

It worked out cheaper to buy the unit ourselves than to get it done with the grant, as we'd have had to pay for a new distribution board anyway.

Morning, After allowing the pressure in from both sides, when some air came out too, I forgot to turn on all the other trvs and overnight the pressure seems to have done the trick - it's working nicely now. I isolated all the rads on both sidessbefore draining the system yesterday, so...
