It works normally just sending Code darm just wouldn't when it was in alarm condition was pretty confident it wasn't an intruder due to the sensor and nothing being on the CCTV so just wanted to silence it

Am I being thick here but if it's set to double knock someone opening the door wouldn't trigger the alarm would they? I thought that double knock meant the sensor had to be tripped twice - so on a door contact you would need to open the door then close it and open it again for it to trigger????

If this is all ran off one PSU could it not be the power dropping which is causing the alarm to fail?

Failing that some waterproof tape would help, to be honest looking at the spiders webs etc it does look as if water has been near so it should be fine

Sorted. When I changed the engineer code I didn't assign him to any area, changed that and now it's all working as it should. Cheers for your help guys.

No goes into alarm mode and have to come out of engineering mode to stop it.

No didn't mess with the programming lol . Handymanjo everything is set as area a, future plan is too have sheds set as area b. Next time I do anything I'll go into programming at the other keypad see if it makes a difference

first option is zone set up, then I can go through and program the system, on the second keypad it says engineer on site

hi all, Is there anyway of going into engineer mode on the premier? I find that dispite being in engineer mode at the keypad every time I open a sensor or remove the panel / expander lid the alarm goes off. Am I missing something?
