No lead flashing and wrong tiles- pls HELP!!

Hi guys - sorry more roof problems with my new roof. From photos you can see I have a small section of roof (approx 1.5m x 6m) that I think is around 15 degree pitch. 1) Should the builder have put lead flashing all the way across to go along the junction where the pitch changes? If so...

These photos show eaves tray? Sorry photos inserted now!

I checked and there is no eaves tray. There is a roof section that is slightly lower and I managed to climb and reach the gutter there. With no eaves tray, is it something I need to get fitted asap? If so is it an easy job? Could it be costly as it'll be doing the whole house? With the...

Help! no DPC under french/patio doors

MANY MANY thanks for your reply. Relief to hear it's ok without DPC under uPVC door frame. It is both a new brickwork opening (new build). The door they bought was too tall for the brick opening hence they knocked out half a brick depth from the bottom brick layer and doing so they also...

Hi - I'm losing sleep over this but there is no damp proof course under both my uPVC patio doors. The uPVC door cill is 1.5 brick up from ground level below the dpc around rest of the house (which is 2 bricks up). I can see the DPC has been cut where the wall stops and pvc door frame starts. Is...
