    help, i wanted to put off the hot and cold water to fit some valves, i put off the main water and shut off a valve i think was going upto the header tank. the hot and cold stopped i fixed valves and turned on both stop cocks. cold fine the hot runs for a minute then comes to a halt. any ideas...
