    yep, there was a cooker outlet, was more concerned about danger issues than the wiring itself becuase if I report it the tenant will probably get recharged -, ah well if it saves a life I get it repoted in the morning, thanks

    try a couple of things; if you have a rim block on - take it off - countless times I've been out to wcs not flushing and its been that have a look at where the flush pipe goes into the back of the pan, there might be a bit of a blockage there try cleaning out the underside of the rim...

    you might struggle to get tap heads to fit the inserts tbh - much better to change the inserts and heads at the same time

    oh its deffo a botched job - who in their right mind puts a shower pump on a fortic and then wires it to work only when the hot water is on via the programmer :wink: - I'll be honest, I didnt even look at the pump under the bath, I just looked at the wiring, a fortic cylinder.... Sorry love...

    Hi all, went out to a leaking overflow today - found to be coming from a fortic indirect cylinder - isolated the supply to the ball-valve via a ball-fix valve that was only serving the ballvalve, changed the washer and seat and turned the water back on, jobs a good-un, valve shutting off...
