    Patch of exposed roof tile in loft

    Hi, our back room is single storey, freezing. I went into loft space above and saw a patch with none of that plasticy membrane material or insulation, it's straight onto roof tiles, very cold. What can I use to patch this up? Thanks, pic below.

    What is this material called please!
