Can someone tell why my Ideal Isar is showing 'p' in the display ?. I have tried switching it off and back on but it still shows 'p'

Just to clarify , the central heating works fine, but as soon as a tap is turned on hot water only flows for about 10 seconds before the boiler shuts down and then only Luke warm water is supplied.

Can anyone suggest what the fault is on the above. The central heating is fine, but when hot water is called for the boiler fires up hw pipe at boiler end gets hot, but then shuts down after about 10/15 seconds.

Normally we leave it on standby, but we have unplugged it and left it unplugged to see if that would clear the memory.

Yes the save comes up and actions before returning to the channel,but when you swich off you get the 'No signal' error message.

Don't mind buying a new Pcb if that's the fault, but it's odd that the old one was working (except for the Display) yet by taking it out and refitting it within minutes it's stopped working!
