    hello. i have now replaced the solenoid assembly with a new one and checked t.c.o with a multimeter and that is ok, but the shower still does not work. the neon light still comes on when i turn the power on but no water. anything else i should check or scrap the shower? cheers

    hi. sorry, my mistake. there is a power light on the top of the unit and it does light up when i put the power on with the pullcord. also, just to confirm it is a t80si. cheers

    hello all. my triton t80si shower stopped working, the pull cord switch red button is on, so there is power but when i press the on button on the shower unit, nothing happens and there is no noise or water coming out. any advice will be great before i look at replacing it. cheers

    sorted now. it was an airlock. the one vent i missed was the one under the floorboards, did that and all others for a number of times and it is working, got heat and water. wife is happy :wink: thank you guys for your help. cheers

    thanks for that mate. i have now put a new pump in, traced the flow pipe from boiler to pump and found an elbow on the pipe which has a vent hole. i pumped air through this and it came out ok from drain holes on the boiler and under the pump. so that pipe is not blocked ? i have again...

    silly question guys. can the 2way motorized valve stop water circulating on both the hot water and central heating at the same time? i still can't seem to get the water out of boiler through the pump and out? is there a way i can test the pipe for a blockage without cutting the pipe...
