hotpoint quadrio

hello all. i have a 2 year old hotpoint quadrio fridge/freezer. i turned the fridge off and unplugged it in order to get to the area behind. after about half hour i plugged it back on and it will not start, the green light does not illuminate, the fuse is good. i followed the re-start proceedure as per instructions but the fridge seems to be dead?

any help/advice will be great.
