mother in law was asking about bonding in her bathroom,but none of the pipes are accessible,they are boxed in and sealed,under chipboard flooring,behind walls etc.no bath just shower cubicle toilet and sink,and no airing cupboard near bathroom.so how do you bond

when fitting ceiling downlighters (downstairs), what is the best way to find the joists,without prodding holes all over the place. i have a stanley joist finder, but i am getting readings all over the place.
