    Flag pole bracket fixings

Put these bolts in, so hopefully they might work . Also used some para cord as a guy rope, hopefully this will stop a lot of the movement too.

    Insulated plasterboard or something similar.....

I think it's roughly that. Would having less than that, make that much difference in temperature in the downstairs hallway?

    Insulated plasterboard or something similar.....

Gist of it is to try & make one part of the house as warm as i can. This part is North facing, the hallway is damned cold(nowhere to install any heat source. I have 3 storage cupboards, 2 downstairs & 1 upstairs which have walls on that side. So in my mind, if i could put extra insulation on...

    Insulated plasterboard or something similar.....

Is it going to be worth it? Would insulating internal side of outside walls(cavity) be advisable? These walls are all in storage cupboards that have outside walls in them, they all link to hallway which is very cold. Would insulating the walls make much difference to these areas, or is there...

    Paint has cracked.

Morning peep's. I painted inside of concrete door step earlier in the week & there is a gully in it & the paint wouldn't dry. I used zinser cover stain first & then a coat of Dulux water based emulsion(was that ok) I googled some answers & one i found was to use a fan. I used it in the...
