That's all we want it for. There was a tiny sink in there already but no radiator, so going to put radiator where the sink was.

Had some 15mm & 22mm plastic pipe left behind the shed over the winter. Is there any reason it shouldn't be good to use. Would it be brittle now? Obviously don't want to use it if there is a risk of bursting. Cheers

The sink + waste + hot/cold are coming out. I'm planning to put a toilet/sink Combi unit in. That's going where toilet is now. I could rip everything out before plasterer tip's up, shouldn't be much of an issue.
