The wife wants one of those units with the sink sits on top of the unit( not bought yet). The pan waste goes directly into the concrete floor via a flexible connection. I will need to replace it with a rigid one(to connect sink waste)
Do these units come in a standard size or do they vary by manufacturer, ref position of waste connection? The pipe is approximately 190mm from wall. Hope this makes sense, cheers

You need to determine what waste connections are required at the time of installation ,units vary in size and construction.

Yes. The measurement you gave ,is that from the wall to the pipe centre ?

Might be wise to show us a picture ,with dimensions ,of exactly what you propose to buy. Particularly the depth of the unit ( from wall to front face) that the wc pan will sit against. The position of the hole in the floor may possibly be an issue .

That is my biggest worry, buying a unit & not been able to fit it.

Be aware of the limitations of these combi units, they are ok in cloakrooms where another basin will definitely not fit and are purely used as a wash hand basin but no good at anything else.

That's all we want it for. There was a tiny sink in there already but no radiator, so going to put radiator where the sink was.

That particular units cabinet having a measurement of 350mm from back to front should fit just fine
