Rear Exit Toilet - Can You Offset With Sink Drainage?

Hi Folks

Currently redoing our bathroom.

We currently have a concealed toilet unit which directly backs on to what is a raised rear soil waste exit, with our sink to the right of that.

What I am wondering is if something exists which would allow me to switch the toilet and sink positions. This would mean the toilet being positioned something like 75cm to the right of where it currently is. I know you can get flexible connectors but I'd worry about that failing, so ideal something rigid if it exists.

The sink previously drained in with the bath water waste but it would now sit to the left of the soil waste, so I'd also ideally be looking for something which also had a connector to take care of this.

Any suggestions?
