    Building Tolerance On Room Size

The room INTERNAL size should be 2400x3065 FINISHED It's minus the dot & dab at the moment & it measures 2390 x 3065, so about 50mm to come off those sizes when finished.

    Moving Gas Boiler Flu

Corgi, Gas Safe, still the same message unless you are a pedant. i.e. You have to be approved to work on a flu. The semantics of the name of the approval are unimportant.

    Building Tolerance On Room Size

No joke, just a sensible question, I'm a mechanical design engineer, not a builder. If I asked you the tolerances on say, a land speed record car, could you tell me? NO, thought not. That's my field of expertise, designing F1 cars & LSR cars, not buildings. The finished sizes are looking at...

Construction Of 'The West Wing' & 'Orangery'

We gave up late last year looking for somewhere in a location we liked that we could afford, so we are extending our humble abode. Nothing in comparison to some on here, but thought I'd share anyhow. It's a 3m x 3m double storey extension to give a larger office upstairs & a...
