    Thanks for the answer RonnyRaygun, We have PP in for a side extension and I have to match the existing house roof tiles. If I could get the same in smooth faced then yes. But cant find the same colour. Ill call them tomorrow.

    Could someone please tell me what depth and width of Joist is needed for a 2300mm span at 400mm centres. With a support in the middle. Should it also be C16 graded timber. Thanks

    Roofpitch and headlap

    Sandtoft Double Roman Sandface concrete tiles. The minimum roof pitch for these tiles is 30° at 75 mm head lap. If I increase the head lap to 100mm could I then reduce the pitch. Need to have a pitch of 25°. As I'm restricted by Ridge.. Thanks

    Could someone please tell me what depth of rafter is needed for a 2700mm span at 400mm centres. I'm thinking 150 X 47 C16 mm would be okay. Its for a flat roof, side extension, with concrete tiles. Thanks for the answer.
