    Move the gravel to the sides take some soil also depend how many gravel is there put some membrane,hardcore compress everything , mortar on each side paving blocks let them stay for day and then to the middle part just put some sand level and paving blocks easy job

    Thanks for replay building control when cam to inspect steal beams on ground floor renovation told me that beam is overkill you can build 2 storeys above yes it’s only velux windows and double bed will be in the loft but thanks for reply
