I would think you are correct in that they will be a standard thing for that type of spring. And they are what you would get if you asked Ryobi but with a massive mark up in price.

Your new switch appears. to be marked Com, 1 way and 2way. Your old one will probably be marked Com, L1 and L2. Move the wires from one of the Com terminals on the old to the new and the wires in L1 to 1Way and L2 to 2Way. Repeat for the other switch and remember to connect another similar wire...

If you did 3 loads one after the other could it possibly have overheated. I would check the lint filter and all of the vent stystem for any obstructions or fluff build up, don't rely on the fact you can feel an airflow at the exhaust or the lint light hasn't come on.

As I said I think you have more than one problem, as Foxhole says thre is a possibility that water is getting into the cavity from somewhere higher up, possibly the roof of the bay area, and running down the cavity. Secondly I wonder if the fibre cable has perhaps been drilled slopping downward...

Has it got worse since you had fiber installed and do you get water pooling on the inside cill by the black stain on the corner. It looks to me like you may have more than one problem. Does the top gutter around the bay overflow during heavy rain as the pipe going to the hopper looks a bit...

Beads won't get black mould growing on them like silicone can.

They only seem to publish a minimum pressure requirement no max.. But they have a 5 year warranty if that helps. I would think that the little finial at the top might unscrew to allow the spout to be removed

A repair will always be a weak spot. Better to buy some new cable and rewire the lamp.

I might be wrong but aussming your bracket elongates to approx. 0.5 metres then it will double the effective weight of the TV giving you 30Kg. Please allow for fading memory.
