Your new switch appears. to be marked Com, 1 way and 2way.
Your old one will probably be marked Com, L1 and L2.
Move the wires from one of the Com terminals on the old to the new and the wires in L1 to 1Way and L2 to 2Way.
Repeat for the other switch and remember to connect another similar wire from the green and yellow terminal in the back box to the earth terminal on the face plate of your new switch.
