I believe its the same as Response Miguard which is made by Chinese company chuango....My advise is stay well away .the response kit feels budget Chinese...I returned mine to supplier and fitted a Yale for customer..

Make sure before you buy, you can get all the pcs required for complete system........Apparently Tex have serious delivery issues on Ricochet right now due to component supply lead times which is affecting manufacturing - don't know how true this is BUT ADI have certainly had issues...

They also stock the wired systems. For what its worth I would go enforcer V10 as the manual is readable.....I like the powermaster but its over complicated/ manual a nightmare, too many issues on the Texecom Ricochet and lets not start on the ION 16 ( scantronic) Hope this helps, Matt

I think you'll find that only ADT supplied powrmaster products will work with your alarm. We tried previous to add keypad and extra pir's onto an ADT powermaster alarm and the panel would not recognize the products even tho they were UK.....Visonic tech confirmed you can only add ADT spec...

Ive just been trying to order some texecom stuff today and apparently TEX have major delivery/ supply issues.....I could not even get a VR8 panel... Leadtimes within the component industry are extremely stretched I'm told due to automotive demand???? More like Chrimbo toys :)

On the V10 and home app kits can take Digi wifi unit. the PSTN/GSM units cannot be upgraded.....I'm pretty certain!

We always change batteries in the WE siren every 24months as customer always end up triggering alarms and this then avoids a call out charge in between Svc. If the alarm has activated more than 12 times, I'm surprised the batteries have lasted so long. Customers get really ar$ey when you tell...
