Does anybody know if the new Pyronix V10 panel can be run off a 12Vdc supply ( car battery) ?

We have a customer in Somerset who is remotely based and there is no 240v supply. They have 4G so I was thinking of using the below kit BUT I think the new panel only takes 240AC

I know I could use invertor/ solar panel etc BUT the customer ( farmer) does not want to spend big $$$. The above kit sounds perfect and I like optex products too!

Anybody know on panel / done anything similar?

Matt

It can certainly be made to work from a 12V supply without a 240V inverter, but you actually need a 13.8V supply rather than 12V or the internal battery will never charge.
